This is dependent on a few variables, firstly how many guests and the duration of the event, but as a rule of thumb the ratio is around one toilet for every 50 guests. Our experienced team will advise the the correct option for your event based on the number of guests.

Once the unit has been delivered and until it is collected, you are responsible for any damage, vandalism or theft of each unit. In most cases, event and wedding insurance will include the cover of our toilets but you should check with your insurance provider directly. 

For private events we aim to deliver the unit one or two days before the event. The unit is usually collected the day after the event finishes. If you’re constrained to certain times, then we will behappy to work with you but please be aware there could be an additional charge. Times will be agreed on a case by case basis with the event organiser.

Hirealoo.ie uses a range of vehicles which enables us to be able to tow onto grass or fields (as long as it’s not too wet!!), although the ground does need to be firm and flat (ideally gravel, tarmac, or concrete). Please bear in mind additional space needs to be allowed, for maneuvering, turning and getting the units in place.
